Overview

Papoo Touch is a small, light-weight, loud, dedicated communication device from France, of the most contemporary chic design.

This handy device is operated by touchscreen and two external buttons on the front panel. Messages can be generated using alpha-numeric keyboards, or symbol pages.  The symbols pages are accessed through the in-built Grid Player. New Grids can be designed and saved in The Grid 2 on a computer (PC).

New!   The PapooTouch + offers switch access, using one or two switches to access the GridPlayer grid sets.

The PapooTouch Apps include:

  • communication via text or symbols
  • word prediction
  • emoticons with associated audio e.g. yawn/sigh, whistle, throat-clearing
  • compatability with the Grid 2 via GridPlayer
  • Grid Player installed

Two menu pages provide access to the Apps. The external button on the right always takes the user back to the menu page.

Papoo Touch music and video players

Content:

  • Alpha-numeric keyboards. (QWERTY, ABCD) are supplied.  Two Grid users are supplied. Sample movie trailers and images are supplied. 
  • Calendar: events are added on the device; events can be represented by image and/or text and alarms can be set as single or recurring.
  • Dictionary
  • History: messages generated can be recorded and stored
  • Music, images and videos are transferred from computer (PC).

Accessing:

  • PapooTouch offers direct touch screen access only
  • PapooTouch + offers direct touch screen access and switch accees to the GridPlayer grid sets.  
  • the countoured case is designed to sit comfortably in two hands, with thumb access.
  • the keyboard can be set to a "portrait" mode making the keyboard appear like a mobile phone keypad.
