Steps to set up email in Grid 3:

First if using GMAIL turn ON LESS SECURE APPs in your Gmail Account, to allow Grid 3 access.

Turn off Less Secure Apps (PDF DOWNLOAD)

Next test your settings on the device outside The Grid.
