For despatch we use Australia Post eParcel service Australia wide.

Express post is used except for Melbourne metropolitan deliveries.

A tracking number is issued and an email notification sent out upon despatch.

Upon arrival deliveries require a signature.

If no-one is in attendance a card will be lieft advising of the need to collect the parcel at a specified post office.

Where possible we prefer to send to businesses and organisations, rather than private addresses.
