Warranty Conditions

Zyteq warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory.

Exceptions: Some products carried by Zyteq carry the respective manufacturer's warranties. Perishable and external accessories and batteries are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty only applies if

  • the equipment has been purchased in Australia from an authorised dealer or from Zyteq.
  • in the opinion of Zyteq's service technicians, the product has not been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, Acts of God, or as a result of service or modification by other than our authorised service technicians.
  • the original serial number of the equipment can be identified.

Warranty Claim

Please report the suspected problem to Zyteq immediately. Zyteq staff will provide instructions as to how to proceed to ensure the most expedient, cost-effective repair.


Repairs for warranty and non-warranty work should be carried out by Zyteq’s authorised technicians only. Zyteq may not be able to support equipment which has subsequent problems due to service by non-authorised repairers. Please contact Zyteq to discuss any required modifications or repairs.
