This bundles provides the set-up for wireless switch access to the iPad with a mount for the iPad and a switch to position as required.

A Rugged Case to protect the iPad.

• An industrial case meeting military grade testing [MIL-STD-810G] with in-built screen protector and supplied with shoulder strap and back-hand strap. This type of rugged case is designed to withstand the bumps and knocks of day-to-day use. AppleCare+ for accidental damage and support

• Provides accidental damage cover to the iPad (up to 2 incidents), 24/7 priority access to Apple technical and software support for using iPadOS, connecting to wireless networks, using Facetime and other Apple branded apps and battery service (*terms apply). [For details see SUPPORT tab] 

Zyteq iPad Premium Plan for Support and Training:

• A Premium Support Session is included. This session can be used to provide support and/or training around the specialised features, setup and accessories for example setting up alternative access such as switch access or head-tracking access. Grid for iPad and grid sets are well known to the Zyteq team and your dedicated remote support session is included to get started, or to help with customising or managing grid sets. This session can be used to can cover what the AppleCare+ does not.

Zyteq's iPad Premium Plan

Zyteq iPad Premium Support Session: With your iPad you receive a Zyteq iPad Premium support session which provides an online/remote support session.  You can book your support session in advance to spend dedicated time (up to 45 minutes) with a Zyteq consultant to receive extra assistance, training and support for your iPad.  The session can be used any time within the first 3 months from dispatch of your device. Additional Premium Support Plans can be purchased if required.
