Look to Learn issues?
"Look to Learn" and "the expansion pack "Scenes and Sounds" and "Look to Read" are software eye gaze activities by Smartbox.
If you are finding that your "Look to Learn" is not working correctly this is because Adobe has discontinued Flash as on December 31st 2020.
Look to Learn, Scenes and Sounds and Look to Read have been updated, so they no longer rely on Flash Player.
To fix the issue please update your software as follows:
Updating Look to Learn and Look to Read
You need to update your software to keep using it after this date. The first time you launch your software after you do the update, it will convert all your videos and resources automatically to be compatible with the updated version.
This may result in the program taking longer to load the first time you open it after the update.
If you are using Grid 3 software and have Grid 3 set to automatically update, Look to Learn, Scenes and Sounds and Look to Read update may happen automatically at the same time.
You can manually update by running 'Smartbox Update' on your computer OR you will find a link to reinstall your software with the latest version at the link here.
