You need it to work for you and to do what you want it to do!
Who is available to assist with your software or equipment if you have a question or a problem?
Small questions or problems can become magnified if there is no-one to help or you don’t have the time to search for a solution yourself. 

Level 1 support is included with purchase of Zyteq’s devices. 

The scope of Level 1 support is:

A Fair Use policy is in place which refers to the guidelines above and respecting the scope of the Level 1 support. Level 1 support for devices in the "light tech" category (e.g. single message devices/single selection device, mechanical switches) would qualify for a lower amount of Level 1 support than the high tech devices such as Grid Pads. Unfair Use would be continued attempts to use of Level 1 support outside the scope.

What is a Premium Support Plan?

  • Zyteq's Premium Support Plan provides a session or a series of support sessions to help you to setup and use the equipment purchased from or distributed by Zyteq.
  • The number of sessions depends on which plan you have.
  • If you have received a new high-tech AT system from Zyteq it is supplied with a complimentary 3-month Essentials Premium Plan.
  • You can purchase a Premium Plan to help support you with equipment you already own, or to extend your access to Premium Plan sessions.

Exclusions

It is very exciting to hear about our customers' success achieved through our support sessions.
Our support is especially for Zyteq customers with products purchased directly from us. 

  • Premium Support Plans do not replace your individualised Allied Health advice and service. 
  • We are unable to supply a Premium Support Plan for devices supplied by other specialised AT suppliers. 
  • Specifically this exclusion refers to devices with Grid 3 installed such as Tobii I-series, Tobii Dynavox I-110, Tobii Dynavox EyeMobile 5, Tobii Dynavox EyeMobile Plus Access and other devices from Link Assistive.
  • Link Assistive will be happy to provide support for your Grid 3 on their devices. 
  • Further excluded are the devices from Control Bionics, being the Eye Control Duo, NeuroNode Trilogy and other devices from Control Bionics. 
  • Control Bionics as the supplier are to provide the Grid 3 support for their devices. 
  • If you have purchased Grid 3 directly from Zyteq to install on your own device, Zyteq should be able to support you so long as the computer is not older than 5 years and we may need to evaluate it before starting support.
  • If you have purchased Grid 3 to install on your own device from a reseller, it will be that supplier's responsibility to provide the Grid 3 support. 

How to start with a Premium Plan

  • Zyteq Premium Support provides packages can be purchased in combination with our software or complete systems and devices.
  • You may choose to add these plans to a device, system or software at the time of purchase

  • Premium plan support is generally funded in NDIS plans using capital line item 05_702288440_0124_1_2 Programming/Customisation Of Electronic Equipment

  • Premium Plans are ideal to add to a device or system which has been re-issued.
  • They can also be purchased at a later stage to suit your schedule (excluding devices or computers 5 years or older).
  • The range of packages available is designed to meet the level of support suited to various situations.  
  • Include a support plan in your funding application.

How the Premium Plans work

  • If you have a question or problem with your Zyteq software and/or hardware contact Zyteq by phone or email.
  • We make a priority appointment with you or your nominated representative with one of our expert team members.
  • If your device or system is not working we can assist with trouble-shooting steps to restore operation, as an "emergency" service. (if non-operation due to damage or technical fault our repair service will be required, which is separate to the Premium Plans).
  • Each Premium Plan has accompanying "Terms and Conditions" and starts with an agreement.
  • Business hours are defined as Australian Eastern Standard Time Australian Eastern Standard Time and Australian Central Standard Time.
  • Australian Western Standard Time appointments available.
  • Support is provided via your choice of phone, email, video consultation, screen-sharing and live-web cam.
  • On-site support and training can be provided at an additional cost.
  • Our Fair Use Policy applies
  • Taking up a Plan requires agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
