Allora 3 stands for intuitive, straightforward, and easy communication via the keyboard and touch screen.
The user-friendly and high-performance functionalities of this device are incorporated in its sleek and modern design with two screens.

With the Allora 3, you combine the QWERTY keyboard with an intuitive touch screen display. If you prefer a physical keyboard Allora 3 is one of the few available devices offering this.
You can enjoy the advantages of the large colour screen and the intelligent word/sentence prediction. If you type the word “TV”, sentence prediction will present you with a variety of choices, such as “Can I turn off the TV?”, “Can we change the TV channel over?”, “Check the TV guide”, etc. If you make a typo, then the sentence predictor takes this into account and offers a word correction.

*Connect your smartphone to the Allora 3 via Bluetooth and connect to friends and family via SMS or Phone calls. (*These features are now released).

The Keyboard

The Allora 3 keyboard is splashproof and made from the same rubber material as the Allora 1 and 2.
It has adjustable backlighting.
The keyboard layout is new and worth noting. The keys are in a grid formation rather than the offset layout of a regular computer style keyboard, which were seen in Allora 1 and 2. 

The keyguard 

The new style keyguard is reversible and offers two keyguard heights. Just flip it over and reattach using the new style clips.(see video)

The Screens

The new user touch-screen is an 8.8 inch colour bar type touch screen, 1920 x 480 pixels.
This can be used to make selections in addition to the keyboard.

The partner display is now fitted (and not removeable as in Allora 2) and is a 4 inch OLED technology, white screen.

Environmental Control and Bluetooth (now available)

Operating Infra-red remote controlled devices will be possible from the Allora 3 with the built-in Jabbla IR environment control.

You can connect the Allora 3 to your Smartphone via Bluetooth to make and receive calls and to send and receive text messages.

Multilingual communication and Translation

Are you bilingual or multilingual? The Allora 3 makes it possible to communicate in different languages. In addition to English, you can also communicate in Dutch, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian, depending on the voices that are installed on the device. The word and sentence prediction automatically follows the chosen language and its spoken voice.

Translate: Would you like to speak in another language or have a chat with someone who doesn’t speak English? Communicating across boundaries, even in languages ​​you did not know? Allora 3 can do it all and will instantly translate your message into that other language. The translation appears on the screen and is also pronounced if the Allora 3 has the appropriate voice installed.

The Allora 3 is now available and orders can be placed. The Allora 3 was supplied initially without the phone and Infra-Red functionality.  These functionalities have now been added by Jabbla.
All Allora 3s will be updated at no futher charge.

First please arrange a trial to determine suitability.  Initially the Allora 3 will only be available for 1 or 2 week hires to trial, as we build up our equipment pool.
