Australian AT Standards (or ISO AT standards)?
For most equipment supplied by Zyteq there are no relevant Australian AT Standards (or ISO AT standards) applicable to these assistive technologies.

Warranty Conditions
Zyteq warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory.
Exceptions: Some products carried by Zyteq carry the respective manufacturer's warranties. Perishable and external accessories and batteries are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty only applies if
- the equipment has been purchased in Australia from an authorised dealer or from Zyteq.
- in the opinion of Zyteq's service technicians, the product has not been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, Acts of God, or as a result of service or modification by other than our authorised service technicians.
- the original serial number of the equipment can be identified.
Warranty Claim
Please report the suspected problem to Zyteq immediately. Zyteq staff will provide instructions as to how to proceed to ensure the most expedient, cost-effective repair.
Repairs
Repairs for warranty and non-warranty work should be carried out by Zyteq’s authorised technicians only. Zyteq may not be able to support equipment which has subsequent problems due to service by non-authorised repairers. Please contact Zyteq to discuss any required modifications or repairs.

Smartbox
- Grid Pad 13/Grid Pad 16/Grid Pad Go - 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not cover accidental damage.
- Grid Pad 10s - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not cover accidental damage.
- Talk Pad - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects on Talk Pad case. 12 month warranty on tablet - Applecare can be purchased directly from Apple for more comprehensive coverage.
Abilia - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality
Ablenet – up to 2 years limited manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for two full years from the date of purchase.
Alea Technologies - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects
Apple iPad – 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects
BJ Live! - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects
Jabbla - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include usual wear and tear, perishable and external accessories and batteries, damage to touchscreen/displays and accidental/neglect damage.
Modhose - 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Pretorian Technologies - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects
Quha - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, the warranty does not cover the possible battery of the product.
Rehadapt Mounts - 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Surface Pro - Our Surface devices are supplied with a 2 year Commercial Warranty and Microsoft's Extended Hardware Service providing 3 years warranty and allows for up to 2 claims within this period for accidental damage.
