What is a Premium Support Plan?

  • Every AAC device supplied by Zyteq includes up to four sessions of premium support to ensure that you are able to get the most from your device.
  • Premium Support Plans are designed to support you and your team with the editing, customising, set-up and use of your assistive technology.
  • Additional sessions can be purchased at $245 per session if required.

Exclusions

It is very exciting to hear about our customers' success achieved through our support sessions.
Our support is especially for Zyteq customers with products purchased directly from us. 

  • Premium Support Plans do not replace your individualised Allied Health advice and service. 
  • We are unable to supply a Premium Support Plan for devices supplied by other specialised AT suppliers. 
  • If you have purchased Grid 3 directly from Zyteq to install on your own device, Zyteq should be able to support you so long as the computer meets the minimum requirements
  • If you have purchased Grid 3 to install on your own device from another supplier, it will be that supplier's responsibility to provide the Grid 3 support. 

How the Premium Plans work

  • If you have a question or problem with your Zyteq software and/or hardware contact Zyteq by phone or email.
  • We make a priority appointment with you or your nominated representative with one of our expert team members.
  • If your device or system is not working we can assist with trouble-shooting steps to restore operation, as an "emergency" service. (if non-operation due to damage or technical fault our repair service will be required, which is separate to the Premium Plans).
  • Business hours are defined as Australian Eastern Standard Time Australian Eastern Standard Time and Australian Central Standard Time.
  • Australian Western Standard Time appointments available.
  • Support is provided via your choice of phone, email, video consultation, screen-sharing and live-web cam.
  • Our Fair Use Policy applies
  • Taking up a Plan requires agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
