Our experienced team can help support you in this through a range of services that are tailored to your needs.

Basic support (Level 1 support) is included in the purchase or hire of your equipment and additional, ongoing support services are available in the form of Premium Support Plans with Training and Maintenance.

When you purchase a high tech device from Zyteq is is supplied with a Premium Support Plan to get you started covering the first 3 months.  This is over and above Level 1 support and is ideal for help with getting started with a new system, or for a block of assistance to cover a special setup or to recieve training on an aspect of the device or programming of the software. Additional Premium Support Plans can be purchased as needed. Whatever your equipment, whatever your requirements, our support plans are flexible to your needs and we work via video call and screen sharing so you can access support wherever you are in Australia.
