Smartbox Family Customer Survey 2026
Smartbox is always looking for ways to improve their products, services and support, helping more people communicate, connect and be heard. Every year, the annual customer survey gives our community the opportunity to share their experiences and help shape the future of Smartbox.
Whether you use AAC yourself, support a family member or friend, or work as a professional, your feedback is invaluable. It helps us understand what’s working well, where we can improve, and what matters most to the people who use and support our technology.
The survey contains 28 short questions, most of which are multiple choice. All questions are optional, and your responses will remain confidential.
The survey is also available as an accessible Grid 3 grid set, allowing Grid users to complete it in the format that works best for them. The survey is open until 30 September.
