- that this quote shows the name of the Participant. (If not, please phone Zyteq on (03) 9696 2944 and ask for Orders Team, as the quote has not yet been personalised. Or email [email protected]).
- that the dates under the name, are valid. (If not this quote may have expired and can be updated and refreshed. Please contact Zyteq as above).
- that you refer to the quote number when you make your Service Booking.
- Please request a Tax Invoice if you are ready to go ahead with payment.
- This will help us process the order efficiently and match your payment to an order which is in the system.

Quotation Terms and Conditions
A quotation is not to be construed as an obligation to sell and orders are accepted subject to the terms and conditions of sale or hire as herein provided by Zyteq Pty Ltd.
QUOTE PERIOD: This quote is valid for the period stated. Please observe the quote expiration date. Quotes are a legally binding document and we honour the quoted price for the valid period of the quote subject to these Terms and Conditions.
PRICING and TAXES: Pricing is subject to the ongoing availability of the items quoted. In the event of the quoted goods being unavailable, Zyteq reserves the right to withdraw and/or reissue this quote accordingly. Pricing is subject to USD/AUD, EUR//AUD and GBP/AUD exchange rate movement and Zyteq reserves the right to withdraw and/or re-issue this quote accordingly.
GST: GST is included in the quote where applicable. Many products are exempt from GST under specified sub-categories of Medical Schedule 3. Supplies to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants are usually GST-free.
STANDARDS STATEMENT: These items meet all relevant Australian Standards and/or equivalent International Standards.
WARRANTY STATEMENT: The majority of our products carry the European standard 2-year Manufacturer's limited warranty, or a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. Products carry the warranty of the manufacturer.
DELIVERY: This quote will usually show a zero value for postage, packaging & handling. This means there is no additional charge for shipping.
For products held in stock delivery timeframe is usually within 7 business days. For items not held in stock or noted as "Special Order" the delivery timeframe may be up to 6 weeks from the date the order is received. The issue of this quotation is not an initiation of the order, but a price guarantee within the terms of the quote (which is 10 days during the period of the global pandemic).
ORDERING:
Orders may be placed directly with ZYTEQ as follows:
- Purchase and pay online
- Request a Tax Invoice
- Complete the NDIS Form to start a Service Booking
- Email a Purchase Order (from Account customers only)
All orders must be in writing and may be emailed, faxed or posted. NDIS Orders can be placed via our NDIS Service Agreement form from the website if NDIA managed.
We do not export outside Australia. So please only proceed if you are located in Australia.
Online: Many items can be purchased online. If the product is denoted "QUOTE ONLY", this means the product is not usually available pre-paid on-line. Quote Only: If you wish to purchase a "quote only" product online (pre-paid using a credit card or paypal account) please contact Zyteq. Depending on the price category and the product, the online processing fees charged by PayPal (2.6%) may need to be added. Purchase Orders :Official Purchase Orders are accepted from our account customer organizations such as schools, hospitals, incorporated associations or companies. Personal Orders: Orders being placed by individuals who are paying privately are required to prepay. Orders being paid by Insurance, Trust Funds or Charitable Organisations or Other Third Parties: For these orders we require written documentation from the organisation confirming that they have approved the equipment purchase.
