Warranty

Zyteq warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship on behalf of our manufacturers and suppliers. This may be for one (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory or two (2) years for European products. Perishables, external accessories and batteries are excluded from this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty only applies if:

  • the equipment has been purchased in Australia from an authorised dealer or from Zyteq.
  • in the opinion of Zyteq's service technicians, the product has not been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, Acts of God, or as a result of service or modification by other than our authorised service technicians.
  • the original serial number of the equipment can be identified.

Exceptions: Some products carry an “extended service warranty” which covers more than defects and workmanship.  These warranties cover all repair needs, even if resulting from damage or impact, for the life of the warranty period, so long as the unit is returned to Zyteq.  Loss and theft is not covered. 

Warranty Claim

Please report the suspected problem to Zyteq immediately. Zyteq staff will provide instructions as to how to proceed to ensure the most expedient, cost-effective repair.
