Although we use have never used ships for transport of our orders, this is the commonly used term.
Zyteq uses Australia Post eParcel service for the transport of our orders.
This service provides tracking and signed receipt.
This service requires a signature upon receipt. If no-one is in attendance at the delivery address a card will be left and the parcel must be collected from the nominated post office.
Shiping rates are added to orders as follows:
- FREE for orders up to $48.00 in value
- $16.50 (incl $1.50 GST) for order from $49 to $1000 in value
- $22.00 (incl $2.00 GST) for orders from $1001 to $5000 in value
- $44.00 (incl $4.00 GST) for orders over $5001 in value.
The shipping is automatically added to the order at checkout.
Upon dispatch an email is sent with the tracking number.
